Decision Making

Description

Instructor

Jeremy Alexis

During the course of a project, designers will make dozens of decisions, from “what research method to use” to “what is the right strategic direction for a client”. Too often, decision quality is poor: we do not base decisions on data and may not know all of the available alternatives. This class will teach a structured method for making design decisions at each phase of the project. Students will learn tools for decision making as well as how to manage and lead the process.

Methods
