ID students recognized by the Core77 Design Awards
Congratulations to Anita Lee, Gordon Grado, Claire Hevel, Sarah Norell, Tara Flipping and their professor Jeremy Alexis. Their entry into the Core77 Design Awards 2016, Project Aspen: Who Owns the Patient Experience?, has been honored as Student Runner Up. The Strategy & Research Jury chose their work out of hundreds of finalists for its outstanding execution, insight, creativity, and intent..
Project Aspen is the result of a semester long Faculty Research course where an internationally recognized cancer institute asked that the students investigate best practices in customer service across industries and create a framework that would help lay the groundwork for patient experience improvements across their hospital system.
As an honoree, the team has been nominated to win a Core77 Community Choice Prize. This is an award voted upon by the global design community over the next 3 weeks and only those honored in the 2016 Design Awards are competing. Support the team by voting for their project here.
